Alumni & Family Day Celebration

Join us for our Alumni & Family Celebration, combining our alumni reunion with our first-year students’ Family Day! All SHPS alumni are invited as we celebrate milestone anniversaries for the graduating classes of 1986, 1996, 2006, and 2016.

The day includes a welcome from the Dean, discipline-specific breakout sessions, campus tours, and food trucks on-site. Alumni are also invited to the McCulloch Endowed Lectureship and Speaker Series the night before.

Schedule of Events

9:00am: Check-In Begins

9:30 am: Dean’s Welcome (CME, Rasberry Auditorium)

10:00 am: Discipline-Specific Breakout Sessions (Various)

10:30 am – 12:00 pm: Campus tours, including clinical simulation center and cadaver lab; food trucks on-site in the CME Plaza

After lunch, head over to Seventh Tap Brewery, 2640 Linwood Ave, Shreveport, LA 71103, for the LSU at Auburn game. We’ll be there until the game clock runs out. The first 100 guests receive a token for a free beer. Children are welcome at the venue.
