About An Evening for Healers
An Evening for Healers is the signature fundraising event for the LSU Health Shreveport Foundation. Not only does this event raise important funding for our campus
Thank you for helping LSU Health Shreveport further its mission to deliver expert patient care, conduct transformational research, and provide world-class education opportunities for healthcare professionals.

Individual tickets will go on sale in July, 2026.
Only sponsorships received by June 26 will be listed in the formal invitation.
Underwriting Opportunities
The contributions from the following underwriting opportunities will be used to cover the various costs associated with hosting An Evening for Healers. If you choose to direct your gift toward one of these exclusive opportunities, you will be an invited guest of LSU Health Shreveport for a table of 8 to 10 with priority seating at the event.
In addition, your corporate underwriting will be acknowledged in the gala invitation, in the Inside LSU Health Shreveport magazine, at the event with signage and scrolling banners, and through LSU Health Shreveport social media.
Last year’s sponsors will have the first opportunity to claim underwriting opportunities.
WELCOME RECEPTION UNDERWRITER: $ 10,000
This generous gift will pay for the cost of the cocktail reception prior to the event.
EVENT PRODUCTION UNDERWRITER: $ 10,000
This generous gift will cover the costs for production elements including lighting, staging, and audio/visual support.
FLORAL AND EVENT DÉCOR UNDERWRITER: $8,500
This generous gift will provide table décor and linen for the event.
STORYTELLING UNDERWRITER ( 2 AVAILABLE): $7,500
This generous gift helps us to share our stories of hope and healing through video.
HEALERS HOST ( 2 AVAILABLE): $5,000
This generous gift allows us to provide complimentary seating to the heroes we are honoring.
FACULTY & S TAFF UNDERWRITER: $5,000
This generous gift allows us to provide complimentary seating for our faculty and staff, ensuring those who drive our mission can join us in this celebration of healing.
EVENT SIGNAGE & PHOTOGRAPHY UNDERWRITER: $5,000
This generous gift will cover the printing of all signage and photography.
INVITATION UNDERWRITER: $5,000
This generous gift will help cover the printing and mailing of more than 5,000 invitations.
VALET UNDERWRITER: $5,000
This generous gift will cover the cost of parking at the Shreveport Convention Center.
